Dr. Edouard B. Choufani
1983 – Graduated with a D.D.S. in 1983 from the University of St Joseph Dental School (Beirut, Lebanon)
1984-1986 – Completed post-graduate training in Fixed Prosthodontics and Occlusion at the University of Paris VII (Paris, France)
1986-1987 – Faculty member at the Department of Fixed Prosthesis and Occlusion at St Joseph University (Beirut, Lebanon)
1988 – Joined Tawam Hospital Dental Services (Al Ain, U.A.E)
1998 – Contributed to the creation and expansion of the Dental Implantology services offered at Tawam Dental Department (Al Ain, U.A.E)
2007 – Acquired Fellow status from the American Academy of Implant dentistry after successfully defending numerous complex clinical oral rehabilitation cases using dental implants (remains the only accredited Fellow of the American Academy of Implant dentistry in the U.A.E)
2023 – Granted special privileges required for implant placement following the change in regulations by the Department of Health which limits who is capable of placing dental implants
Dr. Choufani was in charge of the Continuing Education Committee at the Dental Services – Tawam Hospital starting in 2000 until moving into private practice and has organized numerous seminars and lectures covering all dental specialities.
Dr. Choufani is a former examiner at Health Authority – Abu Dhabi, for Prosthodontics and Dental Implantology, and was a major contributor in creating the framework for the exams and licensing process to practice Dental Implantology at Health Authority-Abu Dhabi HAAD.
Dr. Edouard has given numerous lectures on the topic of regular and advanced dental implants procedures and implant borne restorations, especially focused on bone augmentation and reconstructive surgery techniques.

1991-1993 – General practice for 2 years and was on the faculty staff at the department of Pedodontics.
1993-2008 - Started working at Tawam Dental Services as a general dentist, during which she was appointed the Head of the General Dental Department for 5 years during her time at Tawam Dental.
2008-2012 – Started working at a private practice (Al Ain City Royal London Clinic)
Dr. Roula also served as an active member of the HAAD licensing department, preparing and testing applicants who were interested in obtaining a dental license in the U.A.E.
Dr. Roula has developed special interest and expertise in Pediatric, Restorative and Cosmetic Dentistry through the numerous courses and meetings she has attended over the years.

Dr. Hatem Mowaket Graduated with a B.D.S Bachelor in Dental Surgery in University of Sharjah UAE (2012).Dr. Hatem became a Clinical tutor at the University of Sharjah Dental Hospital-UAE. Supervising final year student in the university. He started working as a GP Dentist in the ministry of Interior as part of his tutoring role in the University hospital. He is a fellow member in American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and AOAI (Alexandria Oral Implantology Association).
His work mainly revolves around cosmetic procedures. Veneers, lumineers, composite build-ups. Dr. Hatem is also skilled at placing crowns and bridges, addressing issues related to the teeth’s roots, gingival re-contouring, and teeth whitening.
